After much trial and error, we finally came up with a helmet that fits well and looks like LEGO Batman. We wanted the helmet to fit our kids’ heads without being too tight or too loose. We went through many versions, and build several out of paper, cardboard, and foam. Technically, it’s Batman’s cowl or “armored face disguise,” and it’s Batman’s signature costume piece.
